Cookies and Browser Storage

Last updated: 30 July 2026

LinesFlow does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use the limited storage below to sign users in, protect authentication flows, remember a selected accounting connection, and preserve work during a browser session. The only third-party content on our site is the product demo video, and it is not loaded until you choose to play it.

Other browser storage

Local storage remembers the active accounting platform and organisation until you disconnect it or clear browser data. Session storage can temporarily hold supplier CSV mappings, parsed bank-statement work, and navigation state; the browser normally removes it when the tab session ends.

Embedded product demo

The demo video on our home page is hosted on YouTube. Until you press play, the page shows a still image served from our own domain and makes no request to YouTube or Google, so no third-party cookies are set. If you do press play, the video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, Google’s privacy-enhanced host, which may set cookies on your device to deliver and measure playback. Those cookies are set by Google, not by LinesFlow, and are described in Google’s own privacy and cookie notices. You can watch the demo without signing in, and declining to play it has no effect on the service.

Why consent is not requested

These technologies are used only where necessary to deliver a feature you request, secure the service, or remember a choice within the service. If we add analytics, advertising, or another non-essential purpose, we will update this notice and request consent before using it where the law requires.

Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or interrupt a workflow. You can remove stored data using your browser controls. For questions, email privacy@linesflow.com.
