Data Protection Complaints Procedure

Last updated: 30 July 2026

Anyone may complain if they believe Linesflow Ltd has used personal information improperly or failed to respect a data-protection right. There is no charge and making a complaint will not result in adverse treatment.

How to complain

Email privacy@linesflow.com with the subject “Data protection complaint”, or write to Linesflow Ltd at 377 Old Bedford Road, Luton, LU2 7BL. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or event, what went wrong, the outcome sought, and any supporting material. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

What we will do

  • normally acknowledge the complaint within five working days and always within the statutory 30-day limit;
  • investigate without undue delay, using a person able to review the relevant evidence fairly;
  • keep the complainant informed about progress and explain any information or identity evidence reasonably needed;
  • normally provide a written outcome within one month, including the reasons and any corrective action;
  • record the complaint and outcome so that recurring problems can be addressed.

Complex matters can take longer, but we will explain the reason and expected timetable before the initial month ends rather than leave a complaint unanswered.

Escalation

If you remain dissatisfied, you can ask us to review the outcome and may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not need to complete our process before contacting the ICO.
