This policy applies to business subscriptions for LinesFlow. Plans are billed monthly and carry a document allowance for each billing period: Starter 250 documents a month, Business 500 documents a month, or a bespoke volume by arrangement. Linesflow Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added and we do not issue VAT invoices. The billing period, the allowance, and the final total are shown before an order is confirmed.
Free trial and allowances
Starter begins with a 30-day free trial, which can be cancelled at any point before it ends without charge. Each billing period then includes the plan allowance, plus a grace allowance above it (25 on Starter, 50 on Business) that is included at no extra charge — there is no overage rate. Once the grace allowance is used, posting pauses until the next period or an upgrade rather than generating a further charge.
Failed publishing attempts, uploads that are only reviewed, and recovery of the same external document do not use the allowance twice, and a document posted to more than one accounting platform counts once.
Recurring billing and cancellation
The usage-based billing arrangement renews automatically for the billing interval shown at checkout. The account owner can cancel through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing interval and no further renewal is taken. Cancelling does not reverse valid usage already incurred during that interval.
When we refund or correct a charge
Contact billing@linesflow.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate duplicate charges, metering errors, charges after an effective cancellation, service we did not provide, and any refund required by law or an agreed order. If a charge is correct and the service was available, unused time is not normally refunded. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Include the account email, charge date, amount, and reason, but never send card details. We aim to acknowledge billing queries within two business days and return approved amounts to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
